Its use is optional.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2><strong>2. Consequences of Withdrawal<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund you <strong>all payments received<\/strong>, including delivery costs (except additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the standard delivery offered by us).<\/p>\n<p>The refund will be made:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>without undue delay, and<\/li>\n<li>no later than <strong>14 days<\/strong> from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any additional fees for this refund.<\/p>\n<p>We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2><strong>3. Return Costs<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>You bear the direct cost of returning the goods if the item is <strong>free of defects<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>In the case of <strong>defective, incorrectly delivered, or damaged items<\/strong>, we will cover the return costs in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2><strong>5. Value Depreciation<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss results from handling the goods in a way that is not necessary to check their condition, properties, and functioning.<\/p>\n<p>Examples of improper handling:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>visible signs of use<\/li>\n<li>missing labels<\/li>\n<li>damaged or heavily soiled packaging<\/li>\n<li>used or opened hygiene products<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h2><strong>6. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>The right of withdrawal does not apply to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons if the seal has been removed<\/li>\n<li>custom-made or personalized products<\/li>\n<li>goods that can spoil quickly<\/li>\n<li>goods inseparably mixed with other items after delivery<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h2><strong>7.
